You tagged your post as QNAP. The path on a Ex2ultra is /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/plex_conf/Plex Media Server/Cache, but I don’t know if it’s exactly the same for your device.

Do I need reset the cert ? It will pull a new cert from Plex but won’t help if a local cert is interfering
