You don’t need to remove PMS. Go ahead and remove all traces of PMS from the firewall. Then do a repair/reinstall PMS. You should see a warning about PMS wanting to edit your firewall, let it. Then see what if things are working once it finishes.

That worked!!! Thank you so much for the help.
And it did it again yesterday, no updates or restarts on the computer. Only thing is the server looks like it updated as it shows 4/23/21 in the add/remove programs
Check that your computer is set to have a static IP address. If the computer’s IP changes, it can take many hours before your PMS communicates with Plex.tv to update the information. You can force an update by clicking the “Apply” button on the remote access settings page.
