Hi All,
hopefully a simple one… I have one episode of a show that no matter what happens I cannot mark as played.
I have a multi managed-user setup. this is occurring in one of the managed users. there are other users that are watching the same show and it is not happening for them (we are in season 5 currently, the episode is in season 2).
I have tried manually marking it as watched… making it unplayed and then played. I have tried playing… fast forwarding near the end and letting it naturally finish. I have deleted the file, re-downloaded and as soon as it comes back online… it appears as un read.
so I have deleted it… performed a database “optimise” (troubleshooting) and then redownloaded… same storey…
oh… have restarted the container… rebooted the machine and even tried a “repair” of the DB… AND I have already checked its not playing on any device anywhere… even removed a whole bunch of old devices…
if anyone can help I would appreciate it!!
