Single User unable to play content remotely bug

so I have a strange bug I allow my dad as a home user but he only ever connects remotely problem I’m having is the server wont allow him to play anything iv reset everything I deleted his account and re added him and that seems to have worked for 1 day and its back to saying unable to play media if i change user on his devices (Sony TV Android Phone Android Tablet) it works perfectly its only his user other users like sister GF mother have no problem remotely hoping someone can Point me in the right Direction without my server logs due to All the Sensitive data in it im 100% sure its not a firewall problem since once i change user it works correctly so must be a bug in Plex Itself My system Spec are as follows

Have him try to play something and take a screen shot of whatever’s going on in your server dashboard during a playback failure

I assume he can still connect and select media to play?

I’ve never experienced one person being able to connect with a remote stream but not another

You may have to ask him to play around with the quality settings on the app he’s trying to play the media on.

It defaults to 720p 2mbps which in many cases just doesn’t work
