Try tweaking your naming a bit:

Powerpuffinstead ofPower Puff(ref: TheTVDB.com) - Two digits for season number
- Include the show name in the file name
/Plex/TV/The Powerpuff Girls/Season 01/The Powerpuff Girls - s01e01-e02.mkv
/Plex/TV/The Powerpuff Girls/Season 01/The Powerpuff Girls - s01e03-e04.mkv
Plex Dance the entire show after renaming to remove incorrect metadata from the Plex database.
