I would make sure this is your setting
Plex dance one episode of the Soprano’s. Quickly look into the activity window in the upper right by the settings wrench and see if it says that it’s detecting intros
If it doesn’t, and it still doesn’t work I would immediately grab your logs from the troubleshooting section and post them here
