Skip intro disappeared

Hello all lifetime plex pass holder. Never had a problem with this feature until I had to remove my old server as I replaced my Mac with a new one. So I removed the old server from my device list and set up the new server with all settings from the current setup options for the feature.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this working again? I’ve analyzed everything to death and had the feature turned on when I setup and re-added my libraries.

Hello Tom! Thank you for the link that was the page I examined prior to building my libraries. My new server is the latest M1 Mac Mini my old one was an intel 2018 Mini and that one had no problems with skip intro. Perhaps there’s a way to force a reanalyze that I’m not seeing besides selecting analyze… option? Thanks for the prompt response and the resource!

Make sure to trigger Analyze on the individual seasons, not for the entire show.
