Having an issue with skip intro strictly on Roku TV. Skip Intro option appears for shows (confirmed works on other platforms) but clicking the button simply sets the show back to the start, same goes for trying to skip ahead. Fast Forwarding leads show to restart.
Anyone encountered this? I have set the shows to be analyzed again but the issue remains.

+1 to this issue existing. It has only started with this sometime during this week. The same show on other playback devices work fine. It’s merely with my Roku tv that I experience this issue. I also tried with some shows I had watched already and knew the Skip feature worked with and they displayed the same restart glitch.
So I actually looked up a different issue and found a solution, not sure of any issues it could cause. Turning off “Direct Play” fixed the issue for me. Only problem is I tried to apply the setting to all episodes in an entire series but I have had to do it one episode at a time.
