I recently transferred my entire library over to a qnap NAS TS-464. While my library was set up on my PC I could skip intros. The pop up does not appear even though it is enabled in the settings after the move. I have the Lifetime plex pass and I am signed into the same account as before. Thanks in advance!!!

If the paths to your files changed, maybe Plex is still re-scanning the intros.
You can force Analyse a Library or a show at a time to see if that will fix your issue.
The NAS has been up for almost a month now and even new stuff doesnt have the skip intro option. I have forced a rescan and “scan my library periodically” is checked for hourly.
Just to clarify, a regular library scan does not trigger intro detection
SE56 is referring to the choice in the menu specifically called “analyze”

Yes I tested that on an episode and then on an entire season and still no intro skip.
