Skip to the next live channel (Apple TV)

Hello everyone!

I am using Plex with DVR for my live TV channels.
I am looking for the control similar to any television, for example, if I am watching a live channel, I would like to press a button on my remote (next) to go to the next live channel.
The behavior of plex is not natural because while I play a live channel, my apple tv remote does:
-Left: rewinds the recording of the live channel.
-Right: advances playback of the live channel recording.
-Down: shows channel information.
-Up: does nothing.

How can I go to the next or previous channel with my apple tv remote?
The only thing I can do is go back button → go down or up channel and hit the ok button again. This is uncomfortable for me.

Hello jezus,

I dont think that feature exists. We need to go back to the menu/channel list and select other channel.

It would be great to have that possibility!

Do you know how the Plex team could be notified so that they can consider implementing this?

I hope devs implement this feature soon! It’s frustrating to change channels when you have only 1 tuner.
