Skipping to next show in series

Plex v 4.142.2 watching on a Roku.

While watching any show, plex has been stopping playback mid-show, and then advancing to the next in the series as though the one I was watching had ended. It starts the countdown timer to begin the next show.

I get out and return to the episode I was watching and it accurately tracked the progress and I’m able to resume, but not sure why it keeps randomly doing this. It will stop anywhere in the progress of the video, from maybe 10 mins in to anywhere with 10 mins left approx.

Our Roku team would likely need the Roku logs after this happens. Possibly the server logs as well.

Thank you, this happened to me again today . I have downloaded my plex logs and suspect it’s an issue with plex, not necessarily with roku. There is a lot of data in these logs, how can I share this securely?
