Small chunk of tracks missing when play downloaded songs on Plexamp

When I am listening to downloaded songs, Plexamp will remove portions of the song, 1-2 seconds or less, then continue playing the rest of the track. It reminds me of when I used to play CDs and I would gently bump the CD player. It is barely noticeable unless you are listening closely.

After it happens, post Plexamp logs. I’ve never heard of it doing that, what you’re experiencing might be a Bluetooth dropout or something, but I literally have no clue how you’re listening to these files and on what platform.

Sorry I didn’t include that information. It happens twice back to back on Pnuema. Once at 3:34 and again at 3:36. I am listening on an Android S24. This happens when listening on Bluetooth or directly from the phone speaker. I confirmed the original file does not have the discrepancy. Let me know if you need anything other information. Thanks for taking a look.

Please share the whole log zip file, not just a single (nearly empty) file. Right after it happens.

My bad. Here you go.

I’m sorry, there’s nothing indicating any issue with playback in the logs. You may want to try switching between AAudio and OpenSL in the Plexamp settings to see if it makes a difference, but it seems like issue is external.

If the issue happens in the same places for the same tracks, could be a corrupted media file.
