I was trying to create smart collections by genre (i.e Crime, Drama, etc…) and for some reason the collections tab now shows all my movie titles (identical to the Library tab). I looked for a Movies smart collection to see if I goofed, but it did not create a Movies smart collection. I deleted all the other genre collections but all the movie are still showing in the Collections tab. I have updated the server and rescanned the libraries with no luck.
Anybody have any ideas how to correct this?
It appears to be a Windows 10 Plex app problem that is only showing all titles in the Collection tab.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but same problem.
Settings - Plex Web - ‘Show Advanced’ - Debug - “RESTORE DEFAULTS”
This will reset all the app’s preferences.
In particular which media sources have been pinned to the left sidebar. So may have to customize that again.
