Smart Collection does not save "Your changes could not be saved. "

This is both on the https://app.plex.tv/ and local version of plex. when I want to change a Smart collection name I get the "Your changes could not be saved. " this is only when updating the title, sort title and other fields can be changed. but I have over 30 smart collections that needs a new naming convention, and recreating them is not an option, i simply just need to rename this, I saw in other posts thatthis issue goes back over 3 years, is Plex ever going to solve this issue?
