Regular playlist sync fine.
I created a smart playlist from the the collection for offline use, the player indicates that the videos are being downloaded, but once i go into it, nothing shows up. Any advices?
Downloads does not support collections so that shouldn’t have been possible to Download. If you were given the option to Download, that’s a bug in the client.
I know whole collections cannot be downloaded (no options to download) but technically im not downloading the collection per say but trying to download a smart playlist based on a collection, that updates itself every time an item has been watched.
Each of these learning collections have over 300 videos and im watching about 3 of them at the moment. I could probably get away with syncing the whole thing on my laptop but not so much on my phone which is space limited hence why the smart playlist. 10 videos at a time. And as stated in the original post, setting up playlists manually based on these parameters sync up fine.
That also shouldn’t work. Anything related to collections is not supported for Downloads.
