Smooth Fades w/Mixes (maybe also playlists?) some songs only play the last few seconds

When using smooth fades with mixes or stations, sometimes the next track will come in 2-20 seconds form the end, pickup from there, and almost immediately start to fade into a new track. It’s as if the track is holding onto the last position from some previous session instead of starting from the beginning. I have verified the tracks are not corrupted, and if I skip back and play them again they are perfect.

It probably is.

On your Plex server, edit the Library and make sure the “Store track progress” option is unchecked. This setting is useful for audiobooks, but not for music.

That was it - thanks! Do you happen to know if whatever client still remember last position upon restart? I would hope it does.
