Everything is named correctly, I’ve tried specifying TVDB ID, I’ve tried adding the date to the folder, I’ve tried matching with TMDB instead, I’ve checked that there is no metadata in the file. Can someone else please test this and let me know if there are any solutions. I’m at a complete loss why it’s stuck.
Because it doesn’t exist as a standalone show on TMDB. The Yogi Bear Show: Season 2 (1961) — The Movie Database (TMDB)
Snagglepuss is an alias of the Yogi Bear Show on there. All episodes with Snagglepuss are contained in the Yogi Bear Show.
Thanks for the help. Is this true even if I’m using TVDB as the episode ordering agent within the show? It’s on TVDB as it’s own show. I’m using Plex TV Series as the scanner and agent for the library. I thought I could force it to use TVDB with “tvdb-74938” in the title when matching?
Also, I’ve added Snagglepuss to TMDB but it’s still not matching. I’m sure I’m not understanding something basic. Thanks for any help you can provide!
This is listed on TMDB but there’s only one episode added.
You should be able to add the show and select the TVDB show order, but it’s not working
If this was just added it might take a day or two for Plex to pick it up
I just added it as noted in my message above. Thanks for clarifying! Do they have to be added to TMDB as well as TVDB?
There’s some kind of linking between TMDB and TVDB that I don’t fully understand
I have shows that are only listed on TVDB and they work ok. I don’t know what the difference is or what makes a difference from one show to another
If you can find a show on TVDB, use the TVDB id, and choose the TVDB show order in your library then I don’t understand why it doesn’t work
By adding that show at the TMDB hopefully it will solve your problem
Thank you!
