Can't match this series even though it is on TVDB

I am trying to add this to my server and the agent doesn’t see this one even if I try to manually match it:

The files are named like all my other files:

SHOW NAME (YEAR)\SEASON\SHOW_NAME (YEAR) - SXXEXX - Episode Name.MKV

But the new Plex agent can’t find it. I tried to use the series ID from TVDB but it says “no match found”.

The caveat on this one is the TVDB does not have a year listed but I dug around and found that the show aired in 1990 so I added that. Thing is that if I manually try to match it and erase the date shouldn’t it work anyway?

I am not claiming to be an expert in this one, but I think I liked it better when I could choose what agent I wanted to use…

If I use the TVDB agent for that library INSTEAD of the “new and improved” Plex agent it finds this show and some others that Plex couldn’t find.

Looking on imdb http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2148482 I think this might be a movie where on tmdb and tvdb it’s a 7 episode show. That might be mixing things up on the plex side.

according to themoviedb and imdb it aired in 2012 but regardless I just didn’t add a year found it on first try.

I use themoviedb as my default ordering for new agent which worked fine. though it does not seem to have the tvdb ID linked on their site which can cause issues (i just added it). TVDVB does not seem to have any episode artwork so tmdb seem to be better for this show anyway. though metadata is slim on both sites

In general I would suggest first trying a different episode ordering for a show when you run into this sorta of issue, rather then changing the agent for the entire library which will cause problems down the line if shows are matched with different agents.
