TV Show missing from Plex agent?

I am unable to match this show in my server. Prior to the upgrade this was easily match with TVDB. I’ve tried manual matching and searching, but it doesn’t show up.

Is there a reason I can’t force it to use TVDB? When I put in the id it just take me back to Yogi Bear.

What happens if you rename your Snagglepuss directory to “Snagglepuss (1961) {tvb-74938}”?

You probably also need to go into the Snagglepuss directory, click on the pencil, select Advanced and then for episode ordering, select TVDB (Airded) or TVDB (DVD) depending on your source

Oh and when you are doing all this, you should do the Plex Dance. Move the Snagglepuss dir out of your tv show dir, wait until Plex recognizes that its gone so any database entries are removed, then move the renamed directory back to the tv show dir.

Thank you - I did try renaming the directory but it had no impact. I also had no options like the ones related to TVDB.

I tried moving it out and re scanning but it had no impact.

I don’t know what changed, but every once in a while I try to get Snagglepuss to scan correctly in my Kids TV Show library while named from the TVDB entry, and today it added successfully without any adjustments.

Here’s my structure with a TV Show library who’s advanced setting pulls episode ordering from TVDB.

Snagglepuss (1961)/Season 01/Snagglepuss (1961) - S01E01 - Major Operation [480p AVC 2ch AAC]

I’m running the latest stable version of Plex server in a container under Unraid.

If the show is in your library now, move it out and do the Plex Dance for good measure.
