Software update from 2/27/2020 and just before issue

Server Version#: no idea where to get that
Player Version#: newest as of last night 2/27/2020 can’t find the number

so since the last 2 system updates of Plex it’s now totally useless on my Roku tv like I can watch stuff from Plex on my desktop but with the tv it will freeze, buffer, play, freeze, buffer over and over no matter the settings, I’ve googled and checked forum and nothing’s helped. is there a way to downgrade the software back to the one where everything was working or am I just screwed?

Visit https://app.plex.tv/desktop and log in (if you’re not already)
Near the upper right, click on the settings icon (looks like two tools)
On the left scroll down to beneath your SERVER NAME
Click on General
The Server version number is in the right side

Click on the User Icon, then Settings then version number should be listed at the top, center/right.
