I try to understand why some movies have IMDB notes on my library and others have not this note ?

I have well chosen the IMdb rating source as you can see

I have updated the meta-data, but I don’t have the imdb note.
I have sometimes a star, sometimes IMDB, sometimes tomatoes rotten,…
