(SOLVED) Playback Error - Could Not Tune Channel

Server Version#: 1.25.5.5492
Player Version#: 4.75.0
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun Connect Duo
Guide/Lineup name:
Using XMLTV?: No
Channel number/Name: WNYT 13.1 (NBC)

I haven’t been using the Live TV/DVR feature in some time, but decided to revisit this feature recently. I am unable to view any live TV broadcast on my Plex Media (Mint Linux 20.2 ) Server nor can I view live TV on any of my connected devices.

The HDHomerun Connect Duo & server are on the same network. I updated my OS, Plex and the HDHomerun Connect to the latest software versions. I have read through similar posts but have not been able to resolve the issue. I have scanned the logs, but I do not see an obvious issue. I would truly appreciate any help. I have included my logs. I restarted the server and then recreated the issue in hopes of keeping the logs short.
