Some album artwork showing up as "Undefined"

Some of my albums’ artwork is showing up as the album artwork for an album (presumably) named “UNDEFINED”. I’m fairly certain all of the matches are correct (I have tried fix-matching all of them “successfully”), and in the past the correct album artwork had been fetched for these albums, but somewhat recently this “UNDEFINED” problem started happening for 4 of my albums. Thanks for any help.
