Some Artists not showing up in library

Hi, I find that Plex is not scanning all of my content. Several Music Folders are not being scanned. Even if I add them as a new Library, Plex doesn’t see any of the content in the folder. I have check permissions against a folder it does see and they are a duplicate. Any ideas here? I have tried all of the help articles.
