Hi,
My plex media server is not scanning the library. it can see the folders when i select each library(e.g, Movies and TV Shows), however it then just keeps scanning and never adds any files into the library.
I have been using plex successfully for a while however it just recently stopped updating the library.
Tried a few things to fix it with no success. Decided then to just do a fresh install of plex and start again.
I have ticked off all the permissions i believe are required in shared folders and users for plex.
Still no luck.
Would really appreciate any help here.
