I have a Movie library that is using the Plex Movie agent. I have several extras (featurettes, trailers) for my movies. Some of these extras are showing up in Plex but many are not.
This extra shows up:
//Films/Le Samourai (1967)/The Lineup-featurette.mkv
This extra does NOT show up:
//Films/City of God (2002)/News From a Personal War-featurette.mkv
I’ve verified that in both cases, the files permissions are 777 (universal read/write). What would be causing this issue?
(Another interesting thing to note: I have “Find Extras” enabled on this library. When I view City of God in Plex Web I see the trailer under extras. When I’m in Plex for Mac, no extras are shown at all. It seems like Local Extras have several issues going on.)
