Have a HomeRunHD connected to antenna, everything was working great. Now FOX and ABC will not play when connecting on a smartTV OR playing on PC through browser (Google Chrome in this case). NBC and CBS work fine. When using the Plex App on windows PC, everything works great. Any ideas why those 2 channels will not work? TIA!
Go to your HDHR device’s web page and look at your channel list. See if it shows any DRM on the channel.
If it does… that is your issue.
Thank you for the follow up. Nothing with DRM next to it. Also, found out that not only do all channels work on the plex app on my PC, but also with FireTV’s. Only players where ABC and FOX will not work is on Samsung TV and when trying to stream through Google.
Install version: PlexMediaServer-1.40.5.8921-836b34c27-x86_64 all will work again.
Already on Version 1.41.0.8994. You saying I should downgrade the version? Thanks!
I had an older version of Plex Media Server from back in July and that worked to fix the issue, so thank you for your suggestion. Not sure what is going on with the new version and live TV.
