Apparently on any devices I have with the “new” UI (confirmed on iPhone and iPad, both beta and release), at least one movie I have doesn’t appear (“Frozen: A Musical Spectacular”). It does show up if you search for it, and it also appears as expected on the web interface and on Apple TV running the “old” UI.
I’m not sure if any other movies are missing, I have far too many to go through them all, this is just the first I’ve noticed.

Not in a collection, and it has no edition set. And like I said, it appears normally on the web interface and the “old” Apple TV UI.
Does it lack an age rating, perhaps?
Is “Allow matching to explicit content” enabled in the properties of this library?
It doesn’t have a “content rating” set. “Allow matching to explicit content” is not set on the library.
I tried setting the content rating to “G” and also tried enabling match explicit content, neither made any difference.
Disable that if you don’t need it. When activated, it would rather restrict even more features than help with your issue.
I turned it back off after testing. Just wanted to see if it made any change.
Btw. I tried to find your movie, but couldn’t see it either on IMDb nor on https://watch.plex.tv

And this movie is missing when you browse the regular Library view?
Or is it only missing in the Discovery page?
It’s been in my library a long time, so it doesn’t appear in Discovery at this point. It shows fine in searches, and in the library of devices with the old UI. The only place I know for sure it’s missing is the library view of devices with the new UI.
