Some media Stuttering/buffering via Chromecast

Cant seem to figure out why some movies tend to stutter through chromecast whilst other with higher res/bitrate/depth/file size/framerates stream perfectly. I tend to stick with H.264 which ive had good luck with so far. Files in the past ive muxed, removed image subs/excessive audio codecs but theres something im overlooking. Another thing ive noticed is that when i cast through chromecast according to my dashboard it streams at 10gbps. I then replay that same file through kodi/android/http it’ll drop to around 8mbps.

Anyone have any idea how to overcome this issue?

Okay so ive checked ‘supported media’ on the chromecast webpage and it suggests that v2 supports video profile upto level 4.1. These videos that are stuttering do surpass 4.1 so that answers that. I do have a very basic understanding on muxing video files but can anyone explain if theres a way to reduce the video profile to 4.1?

Also is plex acting correctly by trying to stream at 10gbps?
