Guidance on Chromecast Google TV Stuttering Playback

Is there a guide to the best encoding to use for this. I have an MP4 which buffers every 23s and takes ages to start. I have a Chromecast with Google TV connected via ethernet and it’s 1080p encoded. Logs attached

Same thing happens for me. It’s completely unusable for Plex, I have to resort to casting which is clunky as hell.

Nothing from Plex? This is absolutely useless as a player when it works fine for everything else. Incredibly disappointing.

Use a different encoding and the problem goes away. That was my solution.
