Hi!
I just subscribed for the lifetime Plex Pass, but I have a problem.
I have a Samsung UE40H6200 H-Series 2014 model and while Plex is running on it as I can see and play TV shows and movies, when I go to “recommendations” or “watch later” it show an error window saying “Unable to connect to the content server - Request could not be completed. The requested item could not be found.”
Can anyone help me what is causing this? Is it because the TV is a pre-2016 model?
