TV SAMSUNG cannot contact to plex server on computer

From a certain tome samsung tv cannot connect to plex server . TV is one is 2012 model. I have two other samsung TV later production and do not have any probles with them.

Does it mean - that from a certain time PLEX do not support older versions of samsung TV ?
