Exact same (wrong) results. it matched Men of Honor again. Plus, a folder for a single file is a PITA for managing my files.

Try https://support.plex.tv/articles/202967376-clearing-plugin-channel-agent-http-caches/ to get rid of old (and possibly incorrect) metadata from the cloud. Then repeat the Dance.
