When you move Local Media Assets to the bottom it will re-position itself to the bottom of the ‘Active’ Agents (the ones that are checked). That’s fine and normal. You just don’t want it at the top.

If a ‘Refresh’ doesn’t work (Different than an ‘Update’) you may have to perform The Plex Dance® on those items you are renaming:

The Plex Dance®:

  1. remove items from library (move out of Plex’s view)
  2. update library
  3. empty trash
  4. clean bundles

  5. do your renaming outside the library
  6. replace items into library
  7. update library

Plex will often refuse to update an old bundle with new and correct info. It’s irritating, but there it is.
