Some new TV show episodes aren't tagged as new on the guide

My wife was mentioning that one of her shows weren’t recording. I checked out the DVR, and it showed no future recordings.

For example, she had set “The View” up to record, and she said that it quit recording on the 16th of January. I updated the guide, and show still says that no recording scheduled.

I ended up changing the recording from “Only new” to “New and reruns”. Now, it is set to record again.

I am guessing that the guide data is bad. Anyway to update that from the some, or do I just have to live with it?
