Set show Recording not showing in Calendar nor Agenda yet shows in TV guide view

PMS (mac): Version 1.13.4.5251-2e6e8f841
Note: I have already tried deleting the show and re-adding the recording and also deleting DVR from the server and re-configuring.

Set a recording of a TV show (Picnic at Hanging Rock) but the Calendar view nor the Agenda view show the show, with the next episode being this Wednesday (18th July):

Yet the Guide shows the set recording. Something is quite wrong here. Is the recording set or not? I dont have this issue with ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ for example:

Further, my ITVHD channel, doesn’t show the HD channel art; some users on here get the art that features the HD text:

Do you have the schedule set for New episodes only?

For some reason this episode is not flagged as new, I have mine set to new & repeat and it is scheduled ok

Looking in the guide is confusing, in there it just means there is a recording set for this show, not that it will record at that time, the recordings screen tells it exactly what to record

Yep, now it shows up; changed to ‘new and repeat’. What’s strange is that the 1st episode recorded correctly with just ‘New airings’ selected.

So, it’s not flagged correctly as ‘New’ by the guide provider.

Not sure whether is down to the provider or BBC

I have noticed on a few shows that the new flag gets missed out, i dont rely on it now and just use new and repeat option (manually delete anything i didnt want)
As an example, check out Emmerdale on Coronation Street, these are usually flagged as repeat when they should be new

This is probably down to the information that Gracenote gets for the EPG. As an aside, Hanging Rock is a really nice place for a picnic, just a few hours from where I am! :slight_smile:

Is there any way we can report these issue to get Gracenote to look into it, initially there was a form on the old forum we could fill in with epg issues
