My devices are allways connecting like it's not on the same network as the server

Hi guys, I have a problem on the web version and the LG version of plex (maybe also with the mobile version). They don’t connect themselves directly to my server which is a Synology DS1010+ even if they are on the same network, it’s always written “Remotely connected” (it may not be the exact translation). But for the Plex media player W10 app, it works fine, and it’s connected through the local network. Please also note that the url https://localhost:32400 doesn’t return anything, also, it was working fine until today. Also, the option to read the media at original resolution i not available anymore on those two apps (web and LG), which is a problem because my server is not powerful enough to transcode.

Do you guys have an idea of how to solve the problem?
