I have noticed with some films that Plex is not displaying the poster thumbnail, and it seems to be down to the actual image selection. For example with Notorious (1946), Plex offers 16 different posters, and about 2/3 of them will not display as a thumbnail whereas switching to others will get an immediate display. Note for those that don’t display, when I return to the Poster selection page, it does show that image as selected.
The lack of display issue is the same across my Window desktop player, LG TV app and Android app.
