Friends. Help me, please. I installed a new plex server and it started scanning the library. In some series and movies posters are not loaded. When I click on the pencil to correct the data, then in the group “poster” I see several different posters. I click on any of them, but it is in the general list of movies and series nothing changes. How can I solve the problem? Installed a new server on a similar problem on the old server.
Can you please grab the server logs (settings - server - troubleshooting (lower left) - Download Logs) ?

After that, I’ll ask you (you can provide now if you wish), a few samples of your filenames exactly as you have them.
(Two servers are unlikely to have the same problem. Two servers, sharing the same media files, it’s likely a problem with naming , structures, or permissions )

If I understand you correctly, it looks like this is the name of the folder and the file itself. As far as I can see, all information except the poster is loaded, that is, there are actors, description of the series and soundtrack is played

I think your problem, knowing it happens to two servers, AND what I see in your logs, – is structure and naming.
This is incorrect.

Corrected the title of the entire series library. The problem remains. There are series with and without ’ and ". Are there any other solutions?
