I’ll do that… what should I do with the bigger problem?
This looks entirely to be structure. Show me the pathnames for each please?

Can’t know for sure, since I’m not home right now, but it has to be either D:\CINE\Frozen (2003)\Frozen (2003).mkv or E:\CINE\Frozen (2003)\Frozen (2003).mkv.
Hover over each, Get Info, look at the path.
They are being listed as individuals for some reason.
In the duplicate one, it doesn’t give me that option…
Well, everything is still the same. Plex should have a support team ready to help us, 'cause I don’t think this is my problem anymore. Something’s not right but I’ve run out of options…
The Frozen issue doesn’t look like an issue, rather one item is the film itself and the other is a collection with only one film inside.
Why would it create a collection out of the blue? Also, how can I delete it?
@“Luciano Florio”
I apologize for not being as responsive as I have been. I had a complete failure here and needed to rebuild from scratch. Even with cold-stored configurations and backup, it takes time at 450 MB/sec.
I’m rebuilding my PMS now. I will respond to you shortly
Sure! Thanks for reaching out!
Hi @ChuckPA just a quick update! I re-installed the OS on my server (went with Windows 10 again), re-installed the PMS as well and everything is still the same. Same exact thing keeps happening. I’m starting to think that something might be wrong with my account, but, could that be the case? I mean, is it possible to have this kind of problem from an account problem? Anyway, I wanted to tell you that so, whenever you’re available I’ll be here. Thanks again.
FileBot and TheRenamer are you best tools to get for renaming .
When files aren’t named right, this type of thing happens easily
Yes, but I’ve renamed all my movies already. Even if Frozen was wrong, how come this happens in EVERY film, even the ones that are correctly named?
AND everytime I try to manually change the cover, it literally just goes blank…
When I get my server back up, I will paste my Agent settings for you. Make certain yours are set identically to mine. Agent settings are the only thing which could cause failures
Great! I’ll wait for it. Thank you.
Hi! I hope everything’s ok with your server, just wanted to give you a quick update of my situation:
I noticed two things in the last few days as I continued uploading media to my library. First off, whenever Plex first recognizes each movie, it starts loading it’s metadata while showing the appropiate cover for it. Once it’s finished, it changes it into a random frame from the video file and it is impossible to change it back.
The second thing I noticed, is that the only way to change the cover for a film, is by uploading an image myself, both online and from my personal storage. When I do that, the cover and background image remains there no matter what.
That’s it for now. Thank you! Have a great weekend.
Hi, I was wondering, if you have a moment, if you could send me those settings so I can try and fix this once and for all. My TV Shows seem to be working perfectly after renaming the files. Thanks!
Hello? Would be awesome if you could give me a hand! Thanks.
