Some shows are only find by TVDB with manual matching

Hi there,

Here the shows in question :
Agent X
Jekyll and Hyde
Supertsore

And some others but I don’t remember which one at the moment.

So i’ve added them to plex, and the agent does not find matches so it reads as follows :
Agent.X.
Jekyll.And.Hyde.
Superstore.

But, when i select match, the automatic matching find the right show at the first position… And i checked they exist in tv db and a search with Jekyll.And.Hyde. for example turns the right show at number 1.

I have near a hundred shows in plex, and his occurs just with a very few of them.
Do you guys have any idea ?

Not surprised there’s no answer.
I came to add “The Frankenstein Chronicles” also suffers from this Plex problem. It’s not finding show info.

This is how I fixed Jekyll and Frankenstein. I don’t have other shows you’re having issues with but with this tool you should be able to fix.

Edit - Ok so thanks but as I said, I am already doing that, and it’s finding my shows really fine. But if i add an episode for the show or a complete season, I would have to manually match them coz they weren’t matched by the automatic agent.
And again, the weired thing is the agent find them as first match on the list, so why couldn’t it do it on his own the first time ?
And the problems goes with
Chicago.Med.
Into.The.Badlands.
Ash.vs.Evil.Dead.
The.Expanse.

And for chicago med, i’ts named exaclty like chicago fire… so why ?

Again I can match them manually, but i dont want to, i want the automatic match to work.
And again the search on the tvdb website turns them first on the list too. I really think something is working wrong.

I have the exact same problem with Agent X. It was working at one point and then it stopped. Might have to manually rename the files a certain way but then you have to do that every time a new episode shows up.

For me Ash vs Evil Dead, Into the badlands and The Expanse work fine. The folder structure is Volume > TV Series > Ash vs Evil Dead > Season 1 > episode as downloaded
