Some TV Series not matching TVDB

The Cat in the Hat Knows a lot about that was pretty messed up and only about 4 episodes of the first season matched with the rest not only wrong, but each episode were listed as episode pairs when they are individual episodes. I had to manually edit all Titles and Descriptions.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse had maybe 20% wrong and not very good thumbnails to pick for a few.

Super Why had Season 1 Episode 27 wrong.

Jake and the Neverland Pirates has a couple of the Specials wrong. Playing With Skully 0x4 has no details as does Jake’s Never Land Rescue 0x9…it also had a 1 and 2 listed like it also aired as a two part.

Buck Denver asks What’s in the Bible has images of each season as a volume…which is how they were released as each Volume being one episode, but has each season as 4-7 episodes with the last 3rd of them in each season showing unannounced even when I indicate the file is multiple episodes equal to the count of episodes TVDB shows. Liberty’s Kids was kind of released the same way, but it worked as expected.

Word World had the last 4 episodes of Season 1 and the first 2 episodes of Season 2 flipped. It also had bad data for Season 2 Episode 19.

Assuming you’re using the current-generation Plex TV Series agent:
Verify the episode order selected for your library (… > Manage Library > Edit… → Advanced > Episode order).

You can also override the library default for every show (:pencil2: > Advanced > Episode order).

Ah, that may have fixed it. It was set to a Movie Database option somehow. For the show itself there are other options like Aired, DVD, and Absolute. Not sure what Absolute means, but DVD might be useful for my couple released as Volumes if it is geared towards DVDs. I guess the main library that just has the two options- TVDB is the same as TVDB Aired?

It corrected some of the missing titles, but also wiped out some thumbnails. It doesn’t look like it touched the ones I manually entered either. Is there a way to tell it to reprocess everything according to the filenames again as if just added (Possibly even ignoring manually entered or locked states)? It is hard to tell what Titles and Descriptions have that padlock active too. I usually just clicked in the text area and typed without clicking the lock and it would toggle at random. I’m guessing orange background means locked. The lock itself seems to go light gray and black at random. I guess I may have to go back and manually unlock any that got set.

Thanks for the help with the correct DB. I thought I had read somewhere it just used TVDB and didn’t realize it wasn’t since most worked.
