Some TV Show thumbnails are black

This question is about thumbnails associated with successful Plex access to my TV shows on the QNAP NAS. Some of the thumbnails are appropriate for the TV show. However, two of them: The Impressionists Painting and Revolution and Miracle Workers have black thumbnails for the TV show and the seasons, but strangely the individual episodes have appropriate thumbnails.
I have tried:

1. “Scan Library Files”
2. “Refresh All Metadata”
3. Analyze

What happens if you edit (Select the pencil icon) the item, select poster, and then select a poster?
