Someone I shared my server with doesn't have access to my media after password change

Server Version#:Linuxserver.io version: 1.41.9.9961-46083195d-ls274
Build-date: 2025-07-21T09:36:12+00:00
Player Version#: Web

My friend who I share my server with reported today that she is unable to view any of my media.

And receives the following message:

The support article linked (https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/) isn’t relevant, as this isn’t her server, it’s mine)

I tried:

Removing her as a friend/unsharing the libraries, restarting the server and then adding her back to force a new auth token - no change

Asked her to create a new account, tried sharing it to the new account, and she said she can see it in account settings > Manage Library Access as a server she has access to, however it never appears in the side bar.

My server is:

Fully accessible outside of my home network:

Claimed:

Secure connections set to preferred:

This has been working with this exact configuration for years now, through multiple hosts, it’s the same docker configuration I’ve always used, bar some library name changes. The only change is that she has changed her password.

None of my other friends/family members are reporting any issues.

If anyone is able to assist here I’d appreciate!

Many thanks,
