Something changed... Two shows with non-English titles keep showing up as RECENTLY ADDED

Server Version#: Version 1.41.8.9834 (running on an old Intel Mac Mini)
Player Version#: Web and AppleTV (most current version)

I don’t know when, but I think it was this server update when things changed. Two shows keep popping up (different episodes each time I scan the library) as “recently added”

One show is “Servant of the People” which I know its titles are Slavic (either Ukranian or Russian), so that might be part of the problem. The other show is “Dads Army” (I don’t know if any episode titles contain non-English characters)…

BUT – Both of those series’ files are only title + episode-info (e.g. s01E02) with NO actual episode title in the file name!

Any ideas of what I can more information or testing I can do to help figure out why this is happening would be most appreciated since they keep filling up my “recently added” view.
