"Something went wrong" error after update

Player Version#: 4.76.1

Hi All,

I’m running a version which is, I think, 3 versions old now. If I go to update, after it’s complete I get a message saying “Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.” and I am unable to access any of my media.

Is there anything I can try as I have a rather extensive library and wouldn’t want to go through the process of recreating it all!
