it is as if the server were to freeze for about 30-90 seconds, and then resume functioning correctly (for a while)… moments of freezes alternate with moments in which it works very quickly…
When it’s “frozen” it doesn’t load the libraries, you can’t do anything… just wait…
In moments of freeze the CPU of the VPS and the memory are absolutely not overloaded… indeed I would say that everything is very free…
I’ve already tried to optimize the database, but to no avail… does anyone know what it could be or how to fix it?
