Sometimes seperate audio files are not recognized

Server Version#: 1.28.2.6151
I do have several movies (and tv shows) that have mor ethan one language.
Therefore I used this guide https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-movie-media-files/ to name the files and I got something like

/Movie {tvdb-12345}/
    Movie.mp4
    Movie.en.m4a
    Movie.es.m4a
    Movie.en.srt
    Movie.es.vtt

Whereas the movie itself sometimes has no audio track embedded in the mp4-container, sometimes it does. the m4a have aac-encoded audio tracks. The subtitels are working perfectly and in all players I use (iOS app, Apple TV App, Android app, webbrowser) I can select or disable them.
But plex shows me no audio track at all when they are in a separate file. What am I doing wrong?

Plex has no concept of external audio tracks. The naming model you applied only works for subtitles!

You should be able to mux those audio tracks into your movie file without problems. I’m regularly using MKVToolNix to remux MKV files (or other sources into a MKV output); there’s e.g. Subler for macOS to remux MP4 files… I’m sure there’s similar apps for Windows.

I see. dang, that’s too bad. Ok so I will mux them using ffmpeg on the nas directly. Thank you
