Sonic Analysis not running

I have recently upgraded to a new PC running Windows 11. Sonic analysis worked fine on my previous PC. On my new PC, I can access my libraries. Plex has fetched metadata and rebuilt databases, but has not run a sonic analysis. Nor has it inserted credit skips, even though I am a Plex Pass subscriber.

I have set sonic analysis to run in each of the libraries I want to run it on.
In Settings…library, I have also selected to analyse ‘as a scheduled task and when media is added’.
However, the sonic analysis does not run. Do you have any suggestions please?

How recent was that upgrade of yours and how many albums/tracks are we talking about?
Depending on your library size the initial sonic analysis can take quite some time during the scheduled maintenance window – iirc the results will only show when that’s actually finished.

Thanks Tom. Plex ran happily under my old system and I did a sonic analysis (which took over a week) on it.
The upgrade occurred 3 days ago.

Update to this problem: I have now been able to initiate the sonic analysis by going to the webapp and scanning libraries from there. Previously, I had been trying to do this through the Windows desktop app. I don’t know why it has made a difference, but it is now running happily and scanning about 2 albums a minute.
