Sonos playback issue: ‘Unable to play “title” - unable to connect to Plex.’

Server Version#:1.30.1.6562

My Sonos app (running the latest version) isn’t able to play tracks from my PMS. I get an error that says Sonos playback issue: ‘Unable to play “title” - unable to connect to Plex.’

Has anyone seen and been able to resolve this issue?
